Downloading Haiku or Canto to a Personal Smart Phone or Tablet

How to download Haiku or Canto or add AnMed as a new organization to an existing Haiku app.

To download Haiku to your smart phone, or Canto to your tablet, follow the instructions listed below. For an in depth guide on how to use Haiku or Canto, refer to the Learning Home Dashboard in Epic.

Try It Out

1. Download the Haiku or Canto app from the app store.
2. Open this link on the phone or tablet… https://epicproxy.et0971.epichosted.com/MobileConfigs/MobileConfigsProduction.html

Or Scan the code:    

4. Choose Haiku or Canto link and log in.
5. If for some reason this does not work on your phone contact the Epic Help Desk for further assistance 864-512-3742.

Already Have Haiku from Another Organization?

1. Scan the code listed above.
2. Choose the top link (haiku).
3. When your app opens, click on the very top organization and change it to production configuration and then choose AnMed Production.
